Title info

I realize I never did explain why this blog is "invisiblechristianmom." Several reasons.  Mostly, because the day I created this I was in a bad mood and felt invisible...that no one ever noticed the things I do, the kids just take, take, take from me, the husband gets to enjoy the perks of having a
stay-home wife (those socks and underwear just magically get cleaned and into his drawer all by themselves!), and I just felt that because I don't work, I don't really contribute to my family.

However,  the mood lifted and I feel better.  But, the title still fits.  If I'm doing my job correctly, no one should notice.  To be an effective servant (in the Christian sense of the word.  I'm not a servant to my family, tho I do feel it sometimes!), one must be willing to be the lowest on the ladder, the "least of these," the invisible person who does stand by the dryer folding those undies!

So I kept the title.  Seemed fitting.

Yes, YOU!

In the days ahead I am going to spell out how to keep a clean house.  For real!  I have spent so much of my life wondering why God hadn't gifted me with a beautiful singing voice, the ability to craft anything, or some fun and amazing ability.  One of the things I do best in this world is CLEAN.

I am actually not an entrepreneur, don't have a business, don't clean for a living.  Well, some people have actually started paying me to organize their homes.  I know, right!  What?!  But I'm good at it and I'll take it.

Lately I have made cleaning charts for several of my friends who say they want a house that is clean like mine.  So I decided to put it out here for everyone.

But right now I have to clean my kids.  It's bath time.  I will post again soon.

In the meantime, run a load of laundry, dry them, fold and put the clothes away!  More to come...
